General Data Protection Regulation
Since the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council, dated 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force, we adjusted our mechanisms of information protection and security to the requirements of the Regulation.
The protection of the privacy of people we co-operate with is of a great importance for us. Personal information acquired during execution of our business processes are handled with strict observance of rules of confidentiality and in accordance with the law.
We hereby inform that we do not collect any personal data (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses) through our websites, unless:
- you have voluntarily provided us with the above data, or
- you have agreed to the above, or
- the relevant legal provisions on the protection of personal data allow this
The controller of personal data is MIKRONIKA sp. z o.o., with its premises at Wykopy St. 2/4, 60-001 Poznań (hereinafter called MIKRONIKA).
Moreover, MIKRONIKA declares that it does not make the automated decisions in individual cases and it does not process personal data automatically, including profiling.
Purpose and basis of data processing
Personal data registered in MIKRONIKA serve us (or third parties acting on our behalf) to carry out our common business goals (e.g. answering your inquiries, execution of signed contracts and orders, granting you an access to information and presenting our offers to you/submitting tenders) and are handled mostly on a basis of point f of paragraph 1 of art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. basis on the necessity of processing for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
Personal data acquired from you are used and processed exclusively for the purposes of which you have been informed, excluding situations where collecting, processing and using personal data:
- is performed for a purpose directly related to the primary purpose for which the data was collected
- is necessary for preparing, negotiating and fulfilling the contract already signed or being signed with you
- is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or due to request received from the authorized bodies to which the controller is subject
- is necessary to protect legal claims against MIKRONIKA, including participation of MIKRONIKA in court cases as a defendant
Period of processing
Your personal data will be processed by MIKRONIKA for the time necessary for execution of legitimate interests pursued by MIKRONIKA, as stated above.
Rights of the persons whose personal data is processed
Each person has the right to access his/her data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to object, the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the right of processing (if processing is performed on a basis of the consent) that was based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
The consent to process personal data may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written statement to the controller of personal data. Your personal data will be deleted by the controller after receiving withdrawal of your consent for data storage and use in case the operation on personal data are based solely on your consent. In case of exercising its rights or obligations resulting from law regulations or if this is related to contract execution, MIKRONIKA will still be authorized to process your personal data.
Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body regarding the protection of personal data when he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of the Regulation on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data of 27 April 2016.
