In recent years, this team completed several stages of modernization of a huge wastewater treating plant. This object is one of the biggest of this type in Poland. Modern technology of treating wastewater is a very complex technology process, requiring application of installations comprising numerous devices and industry automation systems.
The ordering party realizes modernization of the wastewater treating plant automation systems for years, exchanging previous control units with a modern DCS-class control system.
During this time, our company has realized modernization of several crucial technological nodes, comprising mechanical treating installations, pump stations, fan stations and biogas installations.
The new control system is based on redundant control units located in each crucial technological node and redundant servers supporting – among others – a SCADA visualization system. The plant is controlled from a dispatching center equipped with dispatcher’s terminals and a large-format graphic table.
The range of our works has comprised delivery and replacement of LV distribution panels, production and replacement of control cubicles, deliveries and implementation of measurement and regulation devices, programming and implementation works on PLC controllers, HMI panels and SCADA systems.
All works have been realized on running technological objects, without stopping production processes.
