The SO-51 type bay controller is designed for direct, centralized control of any bays in the highest and medium voltage substations.
The supplied signals about the status of switches allow for the implementation of field interlocks directly in the controller. Communication with the unit integrating the blocking function in the substation, e.g. SO-55 or other SO-51 units, enables inter-bay blocking. High-power actuators (300W DC) allow you to control switchgear without intermediate relays.
Specialized construction ensures the required electromagnetic compatibility and resistance to environmental conditions. The control can be carried out manually or remotely, by supplied binary signals or data transmission. The number of supported connectors is up to 14, and the number of fields is up to 48.
The SO-51 bay controller is a ready-made device, equipped with all the elements needed for remote, local or manual bay control in normal, standby or test mode. The controller is mounted in control cabinets. []
The WEJ-065 package is designed to test the operation of the WEJ-061 packages. It has 4 channels enabling testing of up to four independent signaling circuits. Twice a day, the program activates the relays for 20 ms, giving all inputs of the WEJ-061 packets +220V, and then 0V, and reads the input states. Incorrect states are signaled to the center.
The testing signal is issued by the PWE-401 packet (S connector). Properly connected monovibrator circuits prevent the simultaneous issuing of TEST_PLUS and TEST_MINUS signals and prevent the test outputs from being switched on permanently. []
The WEJ-066 package is designed to test the operation of the WEJ-061 packages. Twice a day the program activates the relays for a period of 20 ms, supplying all inputs of the WEJ-061 packets with +220V and then 0V, and reads the input states. Incorrect states are signaled to the center.
The testing signal is issued by the PWE-103 packet. Properly connected monovibrator circuits prevent the simultaneous issuing of TEST_PLUS and TEST_MINUS signals and prevent the test outputs from being switched on permanently. []
The WEJ-068 package is designed to test the operation of the WEJ-061 packages.
The package has 4 outputs for "PLUS" tests and 4 outputs for "MINUS" tests. The test outputs are galvanically separated from each other. []
The WEJ-168 package is a modernized version of the WEJ-068 package and is intended for testing the WEJ-061 packages.
The package has 4 outputs for "PLUS" tests and 4 outputs for "MINUS" tests. The test outputs are galvanically separated from each other. []
The WYJ-074 package is a control object interface. Enables/disables all packet relays remotely at once. It has 8 outputs with the following parameters: maximum forward current 220V/2A DC, maximum switch-off current 220V/0.2A, each output is represented by two series-connected make contacts and additionally contacts of the main relay - high-current. There are diodes on the front of the package indicating the number of the switched output. []
The ZWS-021 package controls the correctness of switching on the output matrix by analog means, provides 24V DC voltage to the object relays acting as intermediaries on the OUT packages. ZWS-021 packets are connected with PWY-201 and PEW-401 packets through contacts of ADP-002 and ADP-006 adapters.
Contact outputs can disconnect 0.2A DC current at resistive load (at 220V voltage). On the façade there are diodes indicating the status of the package. []
