Information security management system

MIKRONIKA, as a responsible manufacturer and supplier of industrial automation and software solutions, treats information security as one of the key aspects of its business.

In order to provide products and services of the highest quality, we care about ensuring proper confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, at every stage of the design, production, implementation of equipment and provision of services, as well as in all accompanying processes.

The Management Board of the company, appreciating the importance of information security, establishes the Information Security Management System at MIKRONIKA together with this Information Security Policy.

The Information Security Management System, ensuring the security of information processed at MIKRONIKA, aims to guarantee compliance of information protection proceedings with applicable law and internal regulations.

Its scope includes all organizational units of MIKRONIKA processing information.

The aim of the ISMS is to achieve an organizational and technical level that:

• will guarantee full protection of processed information and ensure the continuity of the processing process
• ensure that an appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, regardless of its form, is maintained in all systems for its processing
• reduce the occurrence of threats to information security
• ensure the correct and secure functioning of all information processing systems
• ensure readiness to take action in crisis situations for the security of information held and entrusted

The above objectives are pursued by:

• designation of roles and responsibilities in the maintenance of the ISMS
• application by users of policies, instructions and procedures specifying how to protect information
• review and update policies, instructions and procedures
• raising users' awareness of information security
• continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System

A special role in the ISMS is played by shaping users' awareness of information security threats. The rules for the organization and cyclical conduct of such training are set out in the relevant documents of the ISMS.
