The RS-485 interface installed in the power supply enables reading information about its operating status. The following parameters are transferred: input voltage, output voltage, power consumed by connected devices, device temperature, runtime in battery backup mode, etc. The 24V DC output voltage is also used to charge the batteries.

The maximum load power of the + 24V object output, with no load on the other outputs, when operating from the mains without charging the batteries, is 85W.

The MZB-220 is manufactured in a housing that can be mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail.   []

MZB-302 (power supply unit)

The MZB-302 uninterruptible power supply is designed to supply controllers in intelligent network systems (Smart Grid) and electrical and electronic devices: IT, industrial automation and telecommunications. The buffer power supply can be supplied from alternating voltage 230V 50Hz or from direct voltage 220V. The device can work with a battery of 24V batteries. The main element powering the device is a pulse converter. The PSU has 4 binary outputs implemented by means of four control relays. The communication of the power supply is realized via the RS-485 interface.

The fully automatic microprocessor battery charger charges the battery in normal operation from the mains supply, monitoring the battery charging voltage according to its changing temperature. The system uses an external battery temperature sensor.

All PSU blocks operate according to the principle of impulse processing. As a result, it is characterized by high efficiency and a relatively small volume and weight compared to linear power supplies.

The maximum load power of the + 24V object output, without the other outputs being loaded, is 75W.

The MZB-302 is produced in a housing that can be mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail.   []

PNZ-00x (power supply switch)

PNZ-0xx power supply voltage switches are a group of devices that allow you to power external devices from two independent circuits. The internal comparator of the PNZ-0x1 switch monitors the voltage level in the basic supply voltage circuit and for the threshold of 185V (for 220V DC) or 90V (for 110V DC) the switch automatically connects the mains supply line terminals with the output circuit terminals. If the voltage drops below the specified thresholds, the switch automatically connects the output terminals to the input terminals of the backup power circuit.

The PNZ-0x2 switch has the same comparator circuit, and the internal switch is designed to control the contactor. On the other hand, the PNZ-0x1 allows direct power supply to external devices. The switch system has an RS-485 interface through which it is possible to read the operating status of the device by the master controller. The interface uses the MODBUS RTU protocol.   []

ZST-xxx (power supply unit)

Not recommended to apply in new solutions

The ZST-xxx power supply is a low-power power supply. Depending on the needs, it can operate at various input voltages and is produced in several versions of output voltages. The outputs of the power supply have protection circuits against damage in the event of a short circuit. ZST-xxx is designed to power various signal converters, and can also be used to power other electronic systems.

The device has an efficiency of 70%. Possible output voltages are: 5V, 9V or 12V DC.

It is produced in a housing intended for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail or in a specialized housing.   []

ZSU-001 (power supply unit)

ZSU-001 series power supplies are a family of switching power supplies with a maximum output power of 15W. Thanks to pulse processing, the power supply is characterized by high efficiency and relatively small volume and weight compared to linear power supplies.

Based on the design of the power supply, prepared to work with several types of transformers with different voltages, a group of 5 power supplies with output voltages ranging from 5V to 24V was created. This power supply is used to supply voltage to electrical and electronic devices in IT and industrial automation from a single-phase 230V 50Hz or 220V DC network.

It is equipped with overcurrent protection with short-circuit current reduction, which ensures short-circuit immunity for any length of time. The device automatically returns to normal operation after the short circuit (overload) is removed. The device has one more protection, the so-called overvoltage, which, when the voltage at the output is exceeded, causes its permanent shutdown. The power supply does not generate interference in the network because it is equipped with a system of filters. Varistor circuits protect it against the influence of overvoltages from the outside.
