At MIKRONIKA, we are aware that the protection of health and safety of employees, co-workers, customers and guests is the most important thing.
In 2018, MIKRONIKA implemented and improved the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the requirements of PN-N-18001 and OHSAS 18001, currently replaced by the PN-ISO 45001:2018 standard.
All for the sake of compliance of our activities with the applicable law, protection of the lives of employees and co-workers, reduction of the number of potential accidents and related costs and monitoring of all kinds of threats that may affect the operation and final shape of the company.
As part of the system, we have developed documented operating procedures and are creating a health and safety improvement program to monitor the implementation of our current goals. We have identified potential hazards and associated risks, and the definition of responsibility and OHS training allow us to respond appropriately in any situation.
We treat having a certified Occupational Health and Safety Management System as an official declaration that MIKRONIKA is committed to protecting health and ensuring people's safety at work.
