Privacy policy

At MIKRONIKA, we care about information security. For many years, we have been building and using an information security management system certified in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard. We are also the leader of the Polish market in the field of devices and automation systems equipped with the most advanced cybersecurity functions.

GDPR

In connection with the entry into force of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we have adapted our information protection mechanisms to the requirements of the GDPR.

Protecting the privacy of people we work with is very important to us. Personal data obtained as part of the implementation of our operational processes are processed in a confidential manner and in accordance with the law.

Please be advised that we do not obtain personal data via our websites (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses), unless:

• you have voluntarily provided us with the above data, or
• if you have consented to the above, or
• the relevant legal provisions on the protection of personal data allow it

The personal data registered with MIKRONIKA are used by us (or third parties acting on our behalf) to achieve our common business goals (e.g. answering your questions, executing contracts and orders, providing you with information and presenting offers) and are processed primarily based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.

We use and process the personal data obtained from you only for the purposes for which you have been informed, except for situations in which the collection, processing and use of personal data:

• takes place for a purpose that is directly related to the original purpose for which these data were obtained
• is required for the preparation, negotiation and performance of a contract concluded or concluded with you
• is required due to the existence of a legal obligation or in connection with a request received from authorized bodies
• it is necessary to protect legal claims against MIKRONIKA, including participation by MIKRONIKA in court cases as a defendant

Processing time

Your personal data will be processed by MIKRONIKA for the period necessary to implement the legitimate interests of MIKRONIKA, referred to above.

Rights of people whose data we process

Each of you has the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by making a written declaration to the controller of your data. Personal data will be deleted by the administrator after he has revoked consent to their storage and use if the operations on personal data are based solely on your consent to their processing. In the event of exercising the rights or obligations resulting from the law, or when it is related to the performance of the contract, MIKRONIKA will still be entitled to process your personal data.

Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection when they consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
