Kolejny krok firmy MIKRONIKA na rynku niemieckim!
01 czerwca 2020 roku MIKRONIKA podpisała umowę na dostawę systemu sterowania i nadzoru na stacje WN i NN na terenie Hamburga, jednej z największych i najpiękniejszych aglomeracji w Niemczech. Obszar działalności naszego Klienta obejmuje eksploatację, konserwację i rozbudowę sieci, podłączanie użytkowników do sieci oraz rozliczanie energii elektrycznej.
Postępowanie przetargowe miało formę procedury negocjacyjnej z uprzednim zaproszeniem do ubiegania się o zamówienie i trwało 14 miesięcy. W początkowej fazie nasi przedstawiciele mieli przyjemność spotkać się osobiście z Klientem podczas pierwszej rundy negocjacyjnej oraz zaprezentować nasze rozwiązanie sprzętowe na żywo. Wraz
z wybuchem pandemii Covid-19 dalszy etap postępowania - druga runda negocjacyjna oraz złożenie finalnej oferty - odbyło się zdalnie. Brak bezpośredniej interakcji nie ułatwił nam pracy, jednakże daliśmy radę i wygraliśmy!
Niniejszym składamy serdeczne gratulacje zespołowi firmy MIKRONIKA, biorącemu udział w procesie. Mamy nadzieję, iż zaangażowanie w prowadzenie projektu oraz wysoka jakość naszych produktów zyska uznanie naszego nowego niemieckiego partnera.
Nasza kierowniczka projektu, Kamila Kozielska, wraz z zespołem wdrożeniowym jest obecnie po pierwszych uzgodnieniach technicznych z klientem. Pod koniec bieżącego roku MIKRONIKA dostarczy komplet urządzeń i oprogramowania SYNDIS na stację pilotażową.
MIKRONIKA makes the next step on the German market!
On June 1st, 2020, MIKRONIKA signed the contract for delivery of the System for Control and Supervision for HV and EHV substations of Hamburg, one of the largest and the most beautiful agglomerations in Germany. The scope of business activities of our Client comprise operation, maintenance and development of power grid, connection of power consumers to the grid as well as power billing.
The tender was carried out as a negotiation procedure with a prior invitation to tender and took 14 months. In the initial phase our representatives had the pleasure of meeting the prospective Clients in person, during the first round of negotiations, and to present our products directly. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic the subsequent steps of the procurement - the second round of negotiations and submission of the final offer - was carried out remotely. The lack of direct interactions was not helping, but we did it and won anyway!
Hereby we congratulate the entire team of MIKRONIKA, taking care of the entire process. We hope that our involvement in the project and the high quality of our products will meet with the high appreciation of our new German Customer.
Currently our project manager, Kamila Kozielska, together with the implementation team is past the first technical arrangements with the Client. At the end of this year MIKRONIKA will deliver a set of SYNDIS devices and software to the pilot substation.
