Our overarching goal is to systematically improve energy efficiency across all areas of the company's operations. We achieve this through the implementation and continuous improvement of an Energy Management System compliant with the ISO 50001 standard, which enables us to identify key areas of consumption, optimize processes, and make decisions based on energy data and analyses.
Energy management in our organization is supported by modern technological solutions developed in-house, such as SCADA systems and utility monitoring tools. Our products are designed with energy efficiency in mind, supporting our clients in achieving their sustainable development goals and rational energy management.
We strive to reduce the energy intensity of our processes, increase the share of energy from renewable sources, and develop our own low-emission technological solutions. Energy efficiency is an integral criterion for us when planning investments, purchasing equipment, and designing production processes. We also consider it when purchasing components and subassemblies used in production, selecting solutions that reduce energy consumption throughout the product lifecycle.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and voluntary commitments regarding energy use. We provide appropriate resources, competencies, and tools to achieve our energy goals and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our actions.

This Policy has been approved by the MIKRONIKA Management Board and applies to all levels of the organization. It forms the foundation of our long-term approach to rational energy management and will be regularly updated in response to changing needs, challenges and opportunities. []
