17 TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SEMINAR - RECAP

The 17th Training and Technical Seminar, held in Gniezno on June 10–12, 2026, is now behind us. These three days were filled with inspiring discussions, valuable knowledge exchange, and practical insights that support the ongoing development of Poland’s power engineering and design sectors.

Over the years, our Seminar has become one of the most important events dedicated to the engineering and design community. Each edition confirms the importance of bringing together experts, designers, and industry professionals to discuss current challenges and future opportunities in the rapidly evolving energy sector. This year’s conference once again attracted significant interest from across the country.

We are particularly proud that we successfully gathered both large, well-established engineering design offices and smaller, rapidly growing companies from all regions of Poland. This diverse group of participants created an excellent environment for networking, sharing experiences, and discussing innovative approaches to modern power system design.

The technical program of the 17th Training and Technical Seminar was carefully prepared to address the most relevant topics and challenges currently facing the industry. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies, best practices, and practical aspects of designing and operating modern power systems.

Among the key topics discussed during the conference were:

• Solutions for improving power quality and ensuring the stability of electrical power installations,
• Medium-voltage network automation – Mikronika solutions for Smart Grids,
• SYNDIS RES – a comprehensive supervision and management system for renewable energy sources and energy storage systems,
• Practical aspects of developing detailed designs for control and supervision systems,
• The latest trends in power system automation,
• Technologies supporting the digital transformation and modernization of electrical infrastructure.

These were only some of the many subjects covered during the event. Each presentation was delivered by experienced industry experts, providing participants with valuable practical knowledge and real-world examples that can be directly applied to their everyday engineering projects.

For many years, our goal has been to make the Seminar not only a source of professional knowledge but also a platform for building relationships within the engineering community. Therefore, alongside the rich technical agenda, we ensured that participants had time to relax, network, and enjoy informal discussions.

As every year, we prepared an attractive and diverse entertainment program for our guests. We understand that after a full day of intensive technical sessions, everyone appreciates an opportunity to unwind and spend time with colleagues in a more relaxed atmosphere. The combination of high-level technical content and engaging social activities has become one of the key factors behind the Seminar’s continued success.

The greatest reward for our team is the positive feedback we receive from participants. Numerous conversations and comments following the event confirmed the high value of the program, the practical relevance of the presented topics, and the unique opportunity to exchange experiences directly with industry experts.

We would like to thank all participants for their presence, engagement, and continued trust. We are delighted that another edition of the Seminar concluded successfully and that our guests left Gniezno inspired, satisfied, and eager to participate in future events organized by Mikronika.

We look forward to seeing you again at the next edition of our Training and Technical Seminar!
